Why delivery costs more
Chipotle sets a separate, higher menu price for delivery orders placed in its app and on its website, and the delivery fee, service fee and tip are added on top. Third-party apps such as DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub set their own prices and fees. Pickup orders cost the same as ordering in the restaurant.
